Tony Hunter is the founder and president of Evenflow Mechanical. He brings 30 years of expertise in the HVAC industry to the job at hand, be it servicing a unit, providing preventative maintenance, or selling the installation of a new system. Tony formed the business in 1997, and it has continued to grow from year to year.
Great customer service is a source of pride for Tony. He trains all of Evenflow Mechanical's employees to respect customer's homes and to address any questions or concerns that arise on a job site.
Tony's goal for the company is to provide a great workplace atmosphere where people love to come to work and that attracts top talent. To his customers, he offers the continuing tradition of A+ quality good old-fashioned service.
The ideal vacation for Tony would be to visit New Orleans, where he can watch the best football team, the Saints, play. He also loves cycling and exercise, and spending time with his daughter.
Brittney Cascarini joined Evenflow Mechanical as a general office assistant in April, 2016, and recently became the new estimation and sales assistant. She specializes in knowledge of Mitsubishi ductless systems and visits customers to provide free in-home installation estimates. Her enthusiasm for the HVAC field and her familiarity with city zoning codes have contributed to the company's growth.
Brittney enjoys camping, fishing, and road trips (especially visiting haunted places). She also loves dogs.
Amanda Trujillo joined Evenflow Mechanical as the office manager in January, 2015. She is a relative newcomer to the HVAC industry, having previously worked as a law office receptionist and assistant.
Amanda applies her organizational and customer service skills toward keeping the office running efficiently. She especially enjoys interacting with Evenflow Mechanical 's customers, and is often the first point of contact when scheduling estimates, service, or preventative maintenance calls.
Amanda's hobbies include creative writing, theater, and constant reading.
Ponciano (Poncho) Casas has worked in the HVAC industry for 18 years and has been with Evenflow Mechanical for four years, first as an installer, and now as the lead service technician.
Poncho prides himself on making customers happy and on training Evenflow Mechanical's apprentices in diagnosing and servicing HVAC systems. He is currently working toward his NATE certification.
Dakota (Cody) Berzins joined the Evenflow Mechanical team in April, 2015 and is now a second-year HVAC apprentice. Cody is enjoys learning everything he can about installation and repair service in order to advance within the trade. His quick learning both in class and on the job are an asset in finishing jobs on time or ahead of schedule. Cody also prides himself on providing great customer service.
Outside of work, Cody enjoys spear fishing and biking.
